تعلن سينو كونسلت الإمارات عن استحواذها على حصة في رأس المال الاستثماري لشركة ريسورسيز لإلحاق العمالة المتخصصة في إلحاق العمالة الفنية، وذلك ضمن استراتيجيتها لتقديم حلول متكاملة تجمع بين الاستشارات الهندسية، والدعم التشغيلي، وتوفير الكفاءات المؤهلة.
تم توقيع الاتفاق في مارس 2026 بالقاهرة، بحضور الإدارة التنفيذية للشركتين، في خطوة تعكس توجهًا واضحًا نحو التكامل عبر سلسلة القيمة في مشروعات الصناعات الدوائية والغذائية.
يسهم هذا الاستثمار في تعزيز قدرة Senu Consult على إدارة دورة المشروع بالكامل، بدءًا من التصميم والتأهيل وفق معايير cGMP، وصولًا إلى توفير الكوادر الفنية اللازمة لضمان كفاءة التشغيل واستدامة الأداء.
كما يُتوقع أن يدعم هذا التعاون سوق العمل المصري عبر إتاحة كوادر مؤهلة تلبي احتياجات التشغيل الفعلية، ويؤسس لشراكة استراتيجية طويلة الأمد تعزز التنافسية الإقليمية للطرفين.

Senu Consult UAE announces its acquisition of an equity stake in Resources Recruitment , a company specialized in technical workforce recruitment. This move aligns with its strategy to deliver integrated solutions that combine engineering consultancy, operational support, and the provision of qualified talent.
The agreement was signed in March 2026 in Cairo, in the presence of the executive management of both companies, reflecting a clear direction toward value chain integration in pharmaceutical and food industry projects.
This investment enhances Senu Consult’s ability to manage the full project lifecycle, from design and qualification in compliance with cGMP standards, to supplying the technical workforce required to ensure operational efficiency and sustainable performance.
